I am here right now at the Mabuhay lounge typing my time away. Was supposed to be in Davao 4 hours earlier but our flight was bumped to 4:00 pm and it’s again bumped to 5:30. Aircraft failure or something to that effect is the said cause. I’ve just recently blogged about my PAL international flight experience but this is pits. My daughter is stressed and I am as well. Hope 5:30 it already is. Goodluck to us. More on the story later.

Okay, it isn’t the first time I flew with PAL but it is certainly my first time flying with PAL internationally. The tickets were definitely expensive (about 5x the amount we paid for Cebu Pacific when we went to Singapore last January. That could also be attributed to the fact that I bought the tickets 2/3 days before the flight) but I have no complaints.

Snapshots taken last week over a period of 4 days. Wasn’t really able to take as much as I’d like being that my focus was more on business. Still, was able to squeeze a few in and will be writing about them in detail in the posts to come. In the meantime, enjoy the pics!

Unexpectedly, I was back in Singapore for the 2nd time the past 4 days for a business and leisure trip and just got back thus my absence from HFTW (really should create a twitter account for those quick posts). And I’m not even done with posts from my first Singapore trip! Anyway, just wanted to leave you with this (in addition to my post on breastfeeding stations from my first trip):

I can’t believe tomorrow is already April and that March is ending. I wanted to start the month of March with a bang because aside from it being my birthmonth, I was also expecting a lot of changes to happen. Unfortunately, the changes haven’t happened yet but I turned another year nonetheless.

This past year has been, perhaps, the most happening year for me: I got married and now have a daughter! These are such life-changing experiences, I doubt if I still am the same person that I was before these things happened. I do know what hasn’t changed: my hunger to experience everything that this world has to offer. I still want to travel and experience and continue to document my experiences here at Hungry for the World.

Let me share with you an image of me blowing my birthday candle which my husband thoughtfully bought me a day AFTER my birthday (it’s a long story).

Can you guess where he bought the cake?

Thanks to everyone who greeted me. Thanks for remembering. :)
